After consulting 130 hotels in 3 years, in 2020 thanks to the effectiveness of the LVG Method, we acquired the first hotel, Al Mulino, in Alessandria. LVG directly managed hotels have grown to 11. By applying the 360-degree LVG method, we obtained an average annual occupancy of 85%, a margin of 33%, an average guest satisfaction rate of 8.3/10 and a staff turnover of less than 5%.
